2010

It's 2010 and our world has become one large self-fulfilling prophecy.

Technology is more advanced, science has become ever more important and believed in than ever. Everyone is connected to each other online or via text messages. In a sense, communication has become more de-personalized. But at the same time, our society and the up and coming generation has used instant messaging and online communication for at least 15 years now. So we're used to it, to put it short

I believe society always moves towards the better, with a few bad things. Population growth to almost unsustainable levels. I think, though, that people are getting educated. I mean, very few, but those who try get ahead in terms of knowledge of the world around them, and what's happening right now with population growth.

But, I do believe that certain population growth is inevitable and sometimes necessary. I only believe that in extreme cases, that population growth should be reduced, but never by government. Imposition into other people's lifes cannot be forced like that. But in societies like China, it is almost inevitable.

I have heard that China has some major cities with over 90 million people or more (something like that). But I have also heard that India MAY just have the largest population on Earth, since apparently good records are not kept, or at least not as well kept as China.

Maybe with technology, people will become more aware with the world around them. But at the same time, I don't really trust that humans will change, in terms of animalistic instincts as well as just a desire for only pleasure.

Humans are in a constant struggle to balance things out. Nothing can be forced, however, one can only use the gifts that are handed down by genetics, or God, or whatever.
