Usain Bolt's Secret to Success

So I read this article that was an insight into the secrets of success by the world's fastest man- Usain Bolt. I thought I would repost them because I think that many of these points apply to medical school and life in general. Enjoy.


1.Be prepared to make sacrifices.

2. The biggest motivator in the world is the fear of losing.

3. It's important to have role models.

4. Learn to be street-smart.

5. You need the right people around you.

6. Enjoy whatever you do.

7. No matter how good you are, there is always room for improvement. 

8. Control your aggression.

9. Never write anyone off.

10. Don't believe your own hype.

11. Make sure your money works for you.

12. Relish a good rivalry  -  it helps push you harder.
