Ok, so I felt creative: here are the pics to some experiences and the story behind them. First and foremost, I have to give my love to the city of Dallas, TX, because I have lived here for most of my life. I took this picture while driving (risky- don't repeat this kids). I always love seeing the Dallas skyline when I'm leaving the city.

But before that, I decided to take pictures while I was in the passengers seat.
Even BEFORE that, I went to visit my favorite city in TX- Austin for Batfest.
Last fall, we played the UNICEF benefit concert, which benefitted children in Darfur. We raised over $4,000. Alyssa Milano didn't come though. Oh well!
In the summer of 2008, I did a research internship at the VA Medical Center in Houston. I rode my bike everywhere and I frickin' LOVED it. Took the bus once, got lost, met an old man who did the same thing- we got to talking and apparently he was also a biker: a veteran as well- but he was against war...huh what a coincidence.
